About this print
Another in the travel poster style: a ferry with a navy and mustard funnel sails out between two rocky headlands. An orange sun hangs in a cream sky, gulls fly above, and the sea is bright teal with white streaks. The shapes are simple and bold.
It suits a modern kitchen, a child's room or a hallway. It makes a fun gift for someone who takes a ferry to an island every summer, or who grew up watching them come and go.
The bold colours look best as a framed poster in black, or on metal for a bright, clean finish. It's tall; A3 fits a small wall and A2 makes more of the sun and the gulls.
White, cream and teal walls suit it. For a pair, add The Promenade, which is in the same travel poster style. It's a good present for someone who lives on an island and takes the ferry to the mainland, or the other way round. Keep both frames the same colour so the pair looks planned. Children often love the bold sun and the gulls, so it works well in a playroom too.
