About this print
A striped windbreak and a deckchair stand on a wide, pale beach, with a few tiny figures at the water's edge far off. The stripes are green and cream, the sand is soft and the sky is breezy with grey cloud. It's a British beach day, windbreak up.
It will make people smile, so it suits a kitchen, a hallway or a family room. It's a fond gift for anyone with happy memories of a seaside holiday, sandy sandwiches and all.
The stripes look crisp as a framed poster. Wood gives it a warm, natural feel. A3 fits a small space and 50x70 cm suits a main wall.
Sandy, green and white walls suit it. For a beach set, add Beach Huts and Low Sun. It's a good present for grandparents who took the family to the same beach every year, as it picks up on that shared memory. If you want a smaller version for a bathroom shelf, A4 works too. It also makes a good housewarming present for a first home near the sea.
