About this print
A fleet of small sailing dinghies spreads across a wide bay, some with white sails and some with ochre. Green hills fold down to the water on both sides, and the sky is pale. The boats are small, so the picture is about the whole fleet and the bay together.
It's a happy, busy picture and it suits a family room, a child's bedroom or a sailing club. It's a good gift for someone who sails dinghies, or a parent whose children learn to sail each summer.
The little boats show clearly as a framed poster. Canvas gives the water a softer look. Choose 50x70 cm or bigger so you can pick out the boats.
White, sage and pale blue walls suit it. For a pair, add Room to Sail, a single dinghy on open water, so you have the whole fleet and one boat on its own. It also makes a good prize or thank you for a sailing club volunteer or an instructor. Pick a frame that matches the clubhouse walls if it's going there.
